Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth industry analysis, with a focus on the healthcare industry with AI/3D printing applications

• Conduct financial and legal due diligence

• Draft Investment Committee report and make presentation 

• Monitor and analyze periodic financial and operational performance of investee companies

• Attend board/shareholders meetings
