We are excited to announce a major update to Dentbird Crown!

Our AI-powered design workflow is now faster, smarter, and more efficient than ever before.

With this latest AI CAD update, you can experience:

<AI Performance Enhancement>

We’ve made Dentbird’s AI even smarter!

With Imagoworks’ newly developed, proprietary AI technology, Dentbird Crown now designs prostheses that are more anatomically accurate—closely natural tooth shapes.

Plus, automatic margin line detection, proximal contact area creation, and bite formation have all been fine-tuned for greater precision and reliability.

<New User-Friendly Features Added>

1. Preserving Feature Now Available!

We’ve added a Preserving option that allows you to adjust the occlusal distance while maintaining the original shape of the crown. This makes it easier to fine-tune designs without compromising the anatomical form.

You can also set this option as a default preset for crown generation. Just go to

[Settings] → [Preference] → [AI-assisted], and select it under the Preset options.

2. Minimum Thickness Compensation Feature Applied!

The Minimum Thickness Compensation feature has also been applied, ensuring the prosthesis maintains the required material thickness for safe milling and 3D printing processes.

This enhancement significantly improves both the durability and reliability of the final prosthesis.

3. Enhanced Design Parameters - Preset Feature!

We’ve strengthened the Design Parameters - Preset function to make your workflow even more efficient.

You can now create and save more preset options, tailored to your specific needs. When setting up for milling, you can also select various materials and save those configurations directly to your preset list.

This upgrade helps you maintain consistency and easily switch between different production requirements—whether it’s material-specific designs or milling strategies.

4. Tooth Label Adjustment Feature Added!

Now you can easily turn Tooth Labels on or off by simply clicking the button.

This allows you to view the crown’s design more clearly, whether you're observing the final shape or making modifications. It’s a simple feature, but it makes working on crown designs much more intuitive and streamlined.

In this update, we focused not only on improving AI performance but also on enhancing the overall stability of Dentbird Solutions.

The user interface (UI/UX) is now more responsive, allowing you to work faster and with greater confidence.

From data upload to prosthesis design and file export, the entire process runs more smoothly and efficiently.

We’ve also strengthened system stability to minimize errors during data processing and to ensure a seamless, reliable workflow from start to finish.
