You can now enjoy a faster, more stable AI workflow that allows you to automatically design up to 5 cases simultaneously.

With this update, Dentbird Batch delivers significantly faster processing speeds by handling up to five cases simultaneously.

<AI Performance Enhancement>
We’ve made Dentbird’s AI even smarter!
With Imagoworks’ newly developed, proprietary AI technology, Dentbird Crown now designs prostheses that are more anatomically accurate—closely natural tooth shapes.
Plus, automatic margin line detection, proximal contact area creation, and bite formation have all been fine-tuned for greater precision and reliability.
<New User-Friendly Features Added>
Users can now configure the folder structure for uploading data to Dentbird Batch.
You have the option to upload data from each individual case folder, or to upload the top-level folder that contains multiple case folders all at once.
This enhancement eliminates the inconvenience of Dentbird Batch failing to recognize cases due to inconsistent folder structures, as well as the need for users to manually reorganize folders.
As a result, it reduces the stress of folder management and is expected to significantly improve workflow efficiency.
Dentbird Batch automatically detects and uploads the scan data stored within case folders on the user’s PC.
With this update, users can now configure how the scan data folders are structured and specify how the system searches for and uploads scan data.
There are three available options:
(1) Dentbird Batch can automatically recognize and upload scan data, even if the folder structure includes multiple subfolders.
(2) It can be set to recognize and upload data only from the top-level folder.
(3) There is also an option optimized specifically for 3Shape scanners, where Dentbird Batch recognizes scan data based on 3Shape’s predefined folder structure.
Customize AI Generation options
(1) Occlusal Adaptation - Preserving Feature
With the addition of Preserving Shape option in Dentbird Crown to set the occlusal distance while preserving the original shape of the crown, this feature is now also available in Dentbird Batch.
By selecting the desired Preset in [Settings] → [AI-assistance], the AI will automatically generate designs according to the user’s predefined settings.
(2) Minimum Thickness Compensation
The same Minimum Thickness Compensation feature applied in Dentbird Crown has been implemented in Dentbird Batch.
It automatically compensates areas where the thickness is less than the predefined Minimum Thickness, ensuring the crown is generated with optimal structural integrity.
This feature reduces the risk of fractures during milling or 3D printing, contributing to a safer and more stable manufacturing process.
(3) Enhancing the Design parameters-Preset feature
Users can now create and manage a greater number of Presets.
In dental laboratories, it is possible to configure and apply specific parameters for each client clinic individually.
This enhancement allows users to save time and improve workflow efficiency by utilizing multiple Presets appropriately, depending on the situation.
These Presets can be pre-configured in the Settings menu and designated as the default.
Once set, the selected Preset will be automatically applied when importing folders.
Please note that after importing the folders, only switching between Presets is possible—adjusting individual parameter values will no longer be available. Therefore, it is essential to confirm the settings carefully before proceeding with folder import.
< System Stabilization>
This update has placed as much emphasis on service stability as it has on improving AI performance.
The responsiveness of the user interface (UI/UX) has been optimized, allowing for a more stable and faster workflow.
With the updated versions of Dentbird Crown and Dentbird Batch, users will experience improved processing speed across the entire workflow—from data upload and prosthesis design to file export.
In addition, system stability has been strengthened to minimize errors during data processing and enhance the overall reliability of the entire process.
